Clubhouse and Community Area

Our clubhouse is fully equipped with restrooms and a kitchen and is available for rent at a nominal cost. Adjacent to the clubhouse are tennis courts, a swimming pool and a basketball court.  There is also a play set for small children.  

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through early fall, weather permitting. There is no lifeguard on duty.  

The pool closes at 9 p.m. and the parking lot gate is locked by 9:30 p.m., no overnight parking is allowed.  When the pool is closed for the season, the gate is locked at dusk.  

The clubhouse may be rented for a small fee and a refundable deposit.  The fees vary depending on the number of guests. Residents may rent the clubhouse any day of the week, but your neighbors may swim with you.

· Swim at your own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty

. All guests must be accompanied by a member.

. No more than 4 guests allowed with a resident.

· No one under the age of 18, unless accompanied by an adult

· No running or horseplay in pool area

· Residents responsible for personal clean-up (aluminum cans, cups, miscellaneous trash)

· No glass in pool area
. No Smoking

. No Alcohol

· No profanity

· No pets inside clubhouse, fenced area of pool or tennis courts

· Last resident to leave should be sure exterior bathroom doors are locked and that the umbrellas are closed.

· Babies in diapers are not allowed in the big pool.  They are only allowed in the baby pool in accordance with Health Department rules.  

POOL CLOSES AT 9 P.M. AND PARKING LOT GATE IS LOCKED BY 9:30 P.M.; NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS ALLOWED.
