If you are a Realtor selling a home in the neighborhood, please use the access code assigned to your client.
DO NOT post the gate code you receive to any website or other location accessible by the general public. If you do so, the code will be deactivated.
If you are having an open house and need the gates open to the public for a period of time, email Jennifer Purcell at Jenniferspurcell@gmail.com or by calling her at 423-785-6864 with the dates and hours needed. Do not assume the gates are scheduled to be open until you receive a confirmation from Joe.
We recommend you schedule the gates to be opened 15 minutes prior to the open house and that you verify they are open. If they are not open at the scheduled time, simply call or text Jennifer Purcell at 423-785-6864 and she can manually open them.
If you are a resident selling the home without the assistance of a realtor, and have an appointment scheduled to show the home, have the visitors look up your name in the directory at the kiosk and you can open the gate for them manually by pressing "9" from your phone.
Also, if you are a Realtor and need a copy of the neighborhood covenants simply click on the Rules & Regulations link above and you can download them from there.
If you are a title company and need HOA dues information for a closing, please contact the treasurer at millrun@epbfi.com.
